The creatures are made from various different clay bodies and decorated with underglaze, glaze and lustres.

Processing & Packing
Each order is carefully wrapped (with plenty of padding!) to make sure your ceramics arrive safely. I try to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
I ship packages out every Friday, my processing time are usally around 3-5 days but generally if you order before the weekend, your package will go out that Friday.

UK Shipping
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within 2-3 working days once dispatched.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, and delivery usually takes around 7–14 working days, depending on where you are and local customs. Occaisionally shipping can take longer than this due to customs issues, so keep an eye on your tracking details and contact me if you have any concerns (kayleighscreatures@gmail.com).

Customs & Import Fees
If you’re outside the UK, please note that your country’s customs office might charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Each parcel includes the correct customs label and paperwork to help things move smoothly through customs.

US orders include prepaid customs labels.

Damaged or Missing Parcels
I do my absolute best to pack everything securely, but if your piece arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please get in touch within asap with a few photos. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
